Work begins once the written scope is accepted, the agreed initial payment is received and the necessary client inputs are available. Your scope sets the deliverables, milestones and timing.

The project plan identifies required materials, feedback, approvals and any contributor dependencies. The agreement must specify how delayed inputs affect the schedule, the acceptance process and the correction period.

Changes to volume, timing, deliverables or third-party costs are recorded and agreed separately. Delivery may include organised structures, workflow maps, usage guidance and handover notes. Support is included only as agreed in writing.
